Cortado
Field Assessment, From Allocation to Settlement
Cortado is built for assessors first. Field agents take it on the road to capture photos, notes, measurements, and signatures at the scene; back-office teams use it to allocate jobs, manage appointments, track SLAs, and surface risk before it becomes loss. Motor is where Cortado cuts its teeth — full disposal workflow, parts and labour costing, salvage and write-off handling — but the platform extends naturally to any field-assessment line.
Built for the field, run from the office
Cortado is two products in one. A field-grade capture app for assessors and inspectors — photos, notes, geolocation, signatures — designed for patchy connectivity and short attention spans. And a control surface for the office: allocation queues, appointment scheduling, SLA tracking, escalations, and the pipeline view managers need to keep work moving.
Motor disposals, end-to-end
Cortado handles the full motor lifecycle: first notification of loss, agent allocation, on-site capture, costing against parts and labour, authorization, salvage and write-off, and final settlement. Every step has a clear owner, an audit trail, and notifications that nudge the right people.
Standalone or with Mocha
Cortado runs as a complete standalone platform — no other i60 product required. Independent assessor firms, loss adjusters, and inspection bureaus use it as their primary operations system. For insurers already on Mocha, Cortado snaps in as the field-assessment module, sharing claims, policies, and parties seamlessly.
Multi-tenant, API-first
Each insurer, broker, or assessor firm operates in its own tenant with branded views and isolated data. A full REST + webhook API lets panel partners plug into existing claims systems without lifting a finger.
